Caldriax is an automated auditing and monitoring platform for websites and applications, operated by [TO BE COMPLETED: legal entity name and registered address]. These terms govern your use of caldriax.com and app.caldriax.com.

Access is invite-only and provided free of charge during the beta. Places are limited, usage allowances apply, and features may change, be withdrawn or behave inconsistently while the product develops. We may suspend or withdraw beta access where usage breaches these terms or threatens service stability.

No payment card is required and paid checkout is disabled. Commercial plans may be introduced later; we will inform beta users before any billing change takes effect, and no charge will be applied without your explicit agreement.

You may only submit websites and applications that you own or are clearly authorised to test. You must not use Caldriax to attack, overload, circumvent controls on, or gain unauthorised access to any system, nor to audit third-party systems without permission. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account.

You retain rights in the sites, data and content you submit. You grant us the permissions needed to run audits, store evidence, generate findings and provide the service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Caldriax AI produces explanations and remediation guidance derived from audit evidence. Output may be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed by a competent person before acting on it. AI does not modify your code or systems and does not change deterministic audit scores.

Caldriax is an auditing and monitoring platform, not a substitute for specialist penetration testing, security certification or professional advice. A passing check does not prove a site is secure or free of defects.

The beta is provided "as is" and without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, detection of every issue, or the accuracy of third-party data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. You may stop using Caldriax and delete your account at any time from the application. We may end beta access on notice, or immediately where required for security, legal or abuse reasons.
